Vendors
Per-laboratory detail: syndrome mix, panel drill-down, and the organisms driving each signal.
The Vendors page answers "tell me everything about one laboratory." Pick a lab from the selector and PrevIQ assembles its full prevalence story.
Choosing a lab
Each laboratory is identified by a short vendor ID (for example AFC, OBG-YN). Use the
selector at the top right to switch. The URL also carries the selection (?vendor=AFC), so you
can bookmark or share a specific lab's view.
What you see
- Headline metrics — Estimated specimens, total detections, number of panels, and overall prevalence for the lab.
- Syndrome breakdown — A chart of organism-result cells by syndrome, showing where this lab's volume concentrates.
- Panels — An expandable list of panels. Open one to inspect its ranked organisms.
- Full Excel report — One click downloads this lab's complete prevalence summary as an Excel workbook.
Panel drill-down
Expanding a panel reveals every organism measured in it, ranked by prevalence, each with its tested/detected counts, rate, tier, and confidence interval. This is where panel design conversations actually happen.
Tip
Pair this page with the Reports page's panel recommendation view to see the same organisms sorted into INCLUDE / WATCH / RARE.
Common workflows
Prepare for a client conversation
Select the lab, review the syndrome breakdown for context, then download the full Excel report to share. Lead with Tier A/B numbers.
Investigate a surprising rate
Expand the relevant panel, check the organism's tested count and confidence interval, and confirm whether it's reportable before drawing conclusions.
Compare a lab against the field
Note the lab's rate here, then switch the Explore grouping to cross-vendor to see the pooled rate for the same organism.
- Next: generate reports — Build client-ready summaries and panel recommendations.
