Reports
Generate client-ready prevalence summaries and INCLUDE / WATCH / RARE panel recommendations.
The Reports page produces the artifacts you hand to clients and panel designers — without anyone opening a spreadsheet first.
Client summary (Type A)
A sales-ready overview of one laboratory's data. For each syndrome it lists the estimated specimen count, the panels involved, and the top organisms by prevalence (each with tier and confidence interval).
You can:
- Preview it inline in the browser, then
- Download it as Excel, CSV, JSON, or Markdown.
Note
Every report includes a methodology footnote explaining that prevalence uses an all-tested-specimens denominator. This keeps your numbers defensible if a client compares them to a higher-looking historical spreadsheet.
Panel recommendation (Type B)
The artifact panel designers care about. For one lab × one syndrome, every organism is sorted into three buckets:
- INCLUDE — Rate ≥ 5% with a reportable sample (Tier A/B).
- WATCH — Rate ≥ 1% with a reportable sample.
- RARE — Everything else, including all Tier C.
The header shows counts for each bucket, so you can see panel composition at a glance. Full rules are on Panel classifications.
Readiness check (before you share)
Before downloading or sending anything, run the Readiness check card. Pick the vendor (and optionally a syndrome) and PrevIQ automatically evaluates the same pre-share checklist a reviewer would, returning a single verdict:
- Ready to share — automated checks passed (still verify the manual items).
- Review recommended — one or more warnings to look at first.
- Not ready — blockers — something must be fixed before sharing.
It checks data coverage, that a time window is present, denominator integrity, whether there's clinically reportable (Tier A/B) evidence, whether any organisms are actionable (INCLUDE/WATCH), and vendor geography. It also lists manual reminders — specimen type, target identity, and PHI — that a person still needs to confirm.
Note
The readiness check is a starting point, not a substitute for review. A "Ready" verdict means the automated checks passed; you still own the clinical, reimbursement, and commercial judgment.
Cross-client comparison (Type C)
A vendor × organism pivot for a single syndrome — useful for seeing how the same organism's rate varies across laboratories. This is primarily an internal OSPRI view.
Choosing a format
| Format | Best for |
|---|---|
| Inline preview | Quick review before sending. |
| Excel (.xlsx) | Sharing with clients; opens cleanly in Excel/Sheets. |
| CSV (.zip) | Loading into spreadsheets or BI tools (one CSV per syndrome + methodology note). |
| JSON | Feeding another system or the API. |
| Markdown | Pasting into docs, tickets, or email. |
