Dashboard
Your high-level view of prevalence coverage across all loaded data.
The Dashboard is the landing page. It answers "what does the whole picture look like?" before you drill into any single lab or syndrome.
KPI strip
Five headline metrics sit at the top:

| Normalized records | Total organism-result rows persisted after normalization. |
| Specimens (est.) | Estimated specimen count, summed from the max tested count per panel. |
| Detected | Total positive results across all data. |
| Vendors | Number of connected laboratories. |
| Overall prevalence | Detections ÷ organism-result cells, across everything loaded. |
Note
Specimens vs. records. One specimen produces many organism-result cells (one per organism on its panel). PrevIQ estimates specimen counts panel-by-panel so headline numbers reflect specimens, not raw cells. See the Glossary.
Prevalence by syndrome
A bar chart of the overall detection rate for each syndrome bucket (Respiratory, UTI, STI, Vaginosis, Wound, GI, GBS/Prenatal). Use it to spot which syndromes carry the strongest signal in the current dataset.
Top organisms
A cross-lab ranking of the highest-prevalence organisms, sorted by rate. This view applies a
minimum sample threshold (min_tested = 100) so a single tiny-sample fluke can't top the
chart.
Tip
Because this is a cross-vendor rollup, the rates here are pooled across labs. To see a single lab's numbers, use the Vendors page.

Start with coverage
Check the vendor count and specimen estimate so you know how much data is behind the picture.

Identify which syndromes have meaningful detection rates worth drilling into.
